How healthy are you?
At the end of every year I go to my local doctor and book in for a thorough health check-up. He does a series of blood tests, skin cancer check, heart, blood pressure, stress levels and anything else we can think of.
By the end of it I have a clear indication of anything that could be wrong or just things I need to be more aware of. It also helps me when I am setting my goals for the next year in relation to eating and exercise.
Workplaces are the same. They need a regular health check-up too and doing it yourself is not always the best option. I go to the doctor because he is better qualified and equipped to assess the state of my health and he is also removed enough to be objective in his findings.
